Our Programs

This is Australia’s leading on-line nutrition program for everyone who is about to have weight loss surgery. Our programs can be used on their own or to compliment the care of your own specialist dietitian. Subscribe once you know your surgery date. Then we’ll teach you how to prepare and care for a new smaller stomach.

At Enlighten Nutrition we are dedicated to making eating both nutritious and delicious. Our own chef (she’s a dietitian too) has developed recipes for each stage of our program. Her focus on flavour will enhance your enjoyment of eating during your 90 day transition.

Everyone who has weight loss surgery deserves high-quality nutrition guidance (that’s also dedicated to delicious)! Expert advice can prevent common nutritional issues. This support is required even if you surgeon hasn’t referred you to a specialist dietitian.

Cathy Harbury & Nicole West have co-founded Enlighten Nutrition to develop the EatRight 90 day Transition and LiveRight Daily Health Program. Now everyone can access their specialist expertise. Both have been supporting surgical patients in Newcastle since 2007.

The EatRight 90 day Transition Program is a comprehensive package of nutrition information supported by delicious recipes. It is a convenient and tasty way to learn the when, what, how and why of eating with a smaller stomach.

Once subscribed you can also contact us via email to ask any questions not answered in our program (a more personal approach than Dr Google!).
